In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process mandated by suki99's compliance programme. |
| "IDR / Rp" | Indonesian Rupiah — the currency in which all financial transactions on the Platform are denominated. |
| "WIB" | Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all scheduling and deadline references on the Platform unless stated otherwise. |
2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or place any wager on suki99. We enforce this requirement strictly and will permanently close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, with immediate forfeiture of any balance held.
2.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is operated for and directed at players based in Indonesia. By registering, you represent that you are a resident of Indonesia and that your access to and use of the Platform is consistent with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is lawful in the jurisdiction from which you access the Platform.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or legal restriction that limits your contractual capacity, you are not permitted to register or use the Platform.
2.4 Single Account. Each individual is permitted to hold only one Account on suki99. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all accounts and forfeiture of all associated balances.
2.5 Exclusions. Employees, contractors, agents, and close family members of suki99 and its affiliated service providers are not permitted to hold a Member Account or participate in any promotions.
3.1 Accurate Information. When registering an Account, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate account closure.
3.2 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. suki99 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to protect your credentials.
3.3 Notification of Breach. If you become aware or suspect that your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify suki99 support immediately at [email protected] so that appropriate protective measures can be applied to your Account without delay.
3.4 Account Ownership. Your Account is personal to you and is non-transferable. You may not sell, assign, transfer, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any funds held within it to any third party.
4.1 Verification Requirement. suki99 operates a comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with international anti-money-laundering (AML) and counter-financing-of-terrorism (CFT) standards. All Members are required to complete identity verification before their first withdrawal and may be requested to complete or update verification at any time.
4.2 Required Documents. Standard KYC documentation includes a government-issued photo ID (national ID card / KTP, passport, or driver's licence), proof of residential address issued within the past three months, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used for deposits. Additional documentation may be requested at suki99's discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal Hold. suki99 reserves the right to hold any pending withdrawal while a KYC review is in progress. Withdrawal processing will resume promptly upon successful verification.
4.4 Refusal and Closure. If a Member fails to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period, or if the documents provided are found to be fraudulent or inconsistent with the Account registration details, suki99 may close the Account and withhold any balance pending further investigation or referral to relevant authorities.
5.1 Accepted Methods. suki99 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods:
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit is Rp 10.000. Deposit attempts below this threshold will be declined by the Platform.
5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
5.4 Processing Times. Deposits are credited to your Wallet in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–24 hours during normal operating conditions (08:00–24:00 WIB, seven days a week). Requests submitted outside these hours will be queued and processed at the start of the next available processing window.
5.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts are prohibited and will result in refusal, reversal, or account suspension depending on the circumstances.
5.6 Withdrawal Destination. All withdrawals will be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your suki99 Account. suki99 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.1 General Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits issued by suki99 are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion, as well as these general bonus terms. In the event of any conflict, the promotion-specific terms prevail.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., 10x, 20x, 30x) will be clearly stated in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the time limit specified in the relevant promotion.
6.3 Game Contribution. Different game categories contribute at different rates towards meeting wagering requirements. Unless the promotion terms state otherwise, sports wagers contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 100%, and slot gacor (high-RTP slots) and RNG table games contribute at rates specified per promotion. Togel (numbers lottery) bets typically contribute at a reduced rate as stated in promotion terms.
6.4 Minimum Odds for Sports Bonuses. When wagering Bonus Funds on sports markets, a minimum odds threshold of 1.50 (decimal) per selection applies unless the promotion states otherwise. Wagers placed at lower odds will not count towards the wagering requirement.
6.5 Abuse and Fraud. suki99 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: collusion between accounts, use of automated betting software, systematic low-risk arbitrage strategies solely to clear wagering requirements, and the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus. Where abuse is identified, suki99 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds, cancel associated wagers, and close the Account.
6.6 Withdrawal Before Wagering. If a Member requests a withdrawal before completing the applicable wagering requirement, suki99 may, at its discretion, deduct the full bonus amount from the withdrawal before processing. Any remaining Real Money balance will be released for withdrawal after the deduction.
6.7 Promotion Availability. suki99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification does not negatively affect Members who have already commenced wagering under the original promotion terms in progress at the time of modification.
7.1 Acceptance of Bets. All bets placed on suki99 are subject to acceptance by the Platform. suki99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any wager at its discretion, including where a technical error, pricing error, or suspicious betting pattern is identified prior to or after settlement.
7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a wager. These limits may vary by event, market type, Member account status, and promotional period. suki99 reserves the right to adjust stake limits at any time without prior notice.
7.3 Mix Parlay Rules. Mix parlay (accumulator) bets must contain a minimum of two selections. All selections within a mix parlay must win for the bet to be settled as a winner. If one or more selections are void, the mix parlay is recalculated using the remaining valid selections. Minimum odds per selection within a mix parlay are as displayed in the betting interface at the time of placement.
7.4 Void Bets. A bet may be declared void in circumstances including but not limited to: event cancellation, postponement beyond the permitted rescheduling window, obvious pricing errors, or force majeure events that prevent the determination of a result. Void bets are refunded at stake value to the Member's Wallet.
7.5 Settlement. Bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body for the sport or competition in question. For football, this includes the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus referee-added time, unless the market specifies otherwise (e.g., "including extra time" or "including penalties"). suki99 reserves the right to delay settlement pending result confirmation.
7.6 Togel Draw Rules. Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draws on suki99 are conducted at scheduled times published in the platform's togel lobby. Results are sourced from the officially designated reference pool for each draw market. Disputes regarding draw outcomes must be raised within 24 hours of result publication.
7.7 In-Play Betting. Live in-play markets are offered on selected sporting events. Odds fluctuate in real time based on match developments. suki99 does not guarantee that in-play markets will be available for any specific event or throughout the duration of any specific event. Bets placed on delayed or interrupted live streams are accepted at the Member's own risk.

9.1 Ownership. 9.2 Limited Licence. suki99 grants Members a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not extend to copying, reproducing, distributing, modifying, or creating derivative works from any Platform content.
9.3 Prohibited Use. You may not use any automated tool, bot, scraper, data-mining software, or similar technology to extract data from the Platform without the prior written consent of suki99. Unauthorised extraction of odds data, game results, or member information is a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
10.1 Platform Availability. suki99 operates the Platform on a commercially reasonable efforts basis and targets 99.1% uptime. However, suki99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously, without interruption, or free from technical errors. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced in advance where reasonably practicable.
10.2 Exclusion of Consequential Losses. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, suki99 shall not be liable to any Member for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with the Member's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or loss of goodwill.
10.3 Cap on Direct Liability. Where suki99 is found liable for direct loss caused to a Member, the maximum aggregate liability of suki99 to that Member shall not exceed the total amount deposited by the Member in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 Force Majeure. suki99 shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, power failures, internet outages, or actions of third-party payment providers.
11.1 Member-Initiated Closure. A Member may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting suki99 support. Upon closure, any Real Money balance (after settlement of pending bets and deduction of any outstanding Bonus Funds obligations) will be returned to the Member's verified withdrawal account within five business days.
11.2 suki99-Initiated Suspension. suki99 reserves the right to suspend or restrict a Member's Account with immediate effect if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Member has:
11.3 Balance on Termination. Where an Account is closed by suki99 due to a material breach of these Terms & Conditions, suki99 may, at its discretion, forfeit any Bonus Funds and associated winnings, and may withhold Real Money balances pending investigation. Any determination to withhold Real Money balances will be communicated to the Member in writing.
12.1 International Licence. suki99 is operated by an internationally licensed gaming entity. The Platform holds a valid licence issued by a recognised international gaming authority, the details of which are available upon request to [email protected].
12.2 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which suki99 is incorporated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions that cannot be resolved through the internal dispute resolution process described below shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
12.3 Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute between a Member and suki99, the Member should first contact [email protected] with full details of the complaint. suki99 will acknowledge receipt within 48 hours and aim to provide a full response within 10 business days. Where a complaint cannot be resolved to the Member's satisfaction through this process, the Member may escalate the matter to suki99's licensing authority as a final step.
12.4 Member Compliance. Members are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Platform complies with applicable local laws in their jurisdiction. suki99 makes no representation that the Platform is lawful for use in any specific jurisdiction, and accepts no liability for a Member's breach of local laws.
13.1 Right to Amend. suki99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via the email address associated with their Account and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended terms take effect.
13.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date.
13.3 Version History. The most recent version of these Terms & Conditions is always the version published at https://suki99.cam/terms-conditions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the current version came into force.
